My favorite log! It's on the beach in front of the Ekahi condos and Christi and I often sit on it and enjoy the evening sky on after walking back from dinner

Looking across Wailea beach. The lava dome in the distance is Makena

Perfect Sunset! A sailboat under the sun and a bride and groom on the beach

We lost Rocco a few weeks before heading over to Maui, and were really missing him, but we saw a lot of dogs who gave us hugs and made us feel better

Another shot from our table

Okay, one more

This bride and her husband were sitting next to us, and then she took the kids down to the beach where they played in the fading light. it was beautiful!

Christi heading out on her morning run

One morning we saw this cool black lab with a red flowered collar, just like Rocco. He was at a memorial service on the beach

Here's the memorial service on the beach, it was so cool

Beautiful morning!

WOW!!! I think I might be outkicking my coverage! You know "overchicking"

A cool HDR (High Dynamic Range) shot in front of the Marriott

Wailea Beach

I first visited Maui almost 20-years ago when I won a sales contest. I remember this tree on Wailea point, and it's always meant Maui to me

The tree on wailea point from another angle

Walking around Wailea point you arrive at the Fairmont which looks like an Arabian jewel

Me hugging my favorite log

a wider angle shot of wailea point

Little Beach at Makena. This is our favorite beach

The new lifeguard tower at Makena's big beach

Christi on Mokapu beach (in front of the Ekahi complex) getting ready for her morning run

Morning on Wailea beach

Exhausted after a run, on Mokapu beach

Another cool sand castle

Paul getting ready to paddleboard

Annie and Christi in front of the Grand Wailea getting ready to paddleboard

Christi out paddleboarding

Wow! I love everything about this picture!

I had fun paddleboarding, but had more fun just sitting on the board, kicking my feet in the water, and taking pictures

Nice speedo! This guy paddled by and gave Christi advice that she should keep her knees bent, then he promptly fell off his board (she hadn't)

Paul paddling

Beauty on the board

Paul pushing Annie. It's lots easier if you have an Ironman triathalete to push you around

Paul, Annie, and baby to be

Me and Christi

Sinking Boat! This huge offshore racer sank while we were there and floated for days until the got it raised

I love Christi!

A lot!

There were cute sand crabs everywhere, digging their little houses

Nice outfit! She had some serious snorkeling attire
